Pass Terms & Conditions

Please read below to understand the Terms & Conditions of our Passes, both for Classes, Privates and Courses.

Yes, for single classes only, it will expire at the conclusion of the third calendar month following your date of purchase. For example, a Class Pass purchased in January (any date) will expire on the last evening that class will be held in April. For courses, it will expire at the end of the scheduled course that you have purchased. In the event a pass expires, a refund will not be provided.

Private Lessons - 45 Minutes

Workshops - Dependent on the Workshop

Yes, Melbourne Salsa reserves the right to change classes up to and including the date of class / lesson, we will do our best to notify you of any changes. For Melbourne Salsa to achieve this, please ensure you are subscribed to our mailing list. If this is to occur, we will explore alternative classes.

No, you cannot transfer a Class / Course Pass to another student. The Class / Course Pass is ultimately the purchasers responsibility.

No, you cannot purchase multiple beginner packages. We offer these packages at a discount rate to help you get the guidance you need to start your dance journey.

If we detect that you have purchased more than one beginner package, we will request that you pay the difference. If you do not wish to pay the difference then we will refund your package and cancel your pass.

Yes, we allow a maximum two people per private lesson. 

All Private Lessons run for 45 minutes.

If you would like a longer duration, we can arrange to have two back-to-back Private Lessons. Please contact us if you would like to explore this.


Single lesson - 3 months,

3 Lesson Pack - 3 months,

5 Lesson Pack - 3 months,

10 Lesson Pack - 6 months,

after the purchase date. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.  

If you cancel or reschedule a Private Lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time then the full lesson fee will be charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

To enquire about a refund, you can contact us at If your refund is accepted, we will notify you and arrange for a refund through the appropriate methods and channels. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
